Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, & Paypal.
You will receive a confirmation email once order has been processed.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing time. You have within 24hrs to cancel your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation. Once order is completed please allow regular shipping time to receive your order. Delivery does not include Sunday's or holidays. Once you receive your order and would like another size it is strongly suggested customer purchase new item size and customer will be refunded once previous item is received. If you are not happy with your item and would like to return you may do so and a refund will be refunded.
If customer want to make sure accurate sizing is ordered for any item; an email can be sent with item of choice and measurements and your sizing will be sent.
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. U.S. orders will be delivered in 2-5 business days & international orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days once order processing has ended. A email will be sent with a tracking number via USPS or Fedex/UPS (international) once item has shipped.
Exchanges are accepted or a refund will be issued. ALL items must ship back to Kandi Treats LLC (3446 Fenkell Avenue, Detroit MI 48238) within 5 days with receipt and not worn and must be in the condition as sold. No stains or odor. Sale items are final & bags/purses. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Once item(s) has been shipped to Kandi Treats LLC you will be notified via email once your transaction has been processed. Based on your bank instituition it may be required additional days to post the transaction to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
